The condo lived up to our expectations. The only negative was that the location was on a busy road and we needed to drive to beach and the village. The owners were very nice and very responsive. We enjoyed two weeks with small dogs at Siesta Key. Highly recommend.
Everything was very nice and clean.
We had a great time staying in this location. It was about a 10 minute walk to town which was fine, there is also a free trolley that you can take to the beaches from town. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed throughout our stay and for the beach. Definitely would stay here again!
This 2 bed/1 bath apartment was perfect for family member "overflow" during Thanksgiving visit. It is very close - a nice walk , to the beach and the village - less than a mile. The apartment was clean and tidy and is easily accessible (no stairs), which was important for our guests. Kathy was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with any and all questions. We will definitely rent again!
Lovely property and great location. It was really nice to have a yard for our dog and the property owner was so welcoming to us and our dog! We used the available bikes to bike to The Village which was great since parking is a challenge there. It was perfect for our stay to visit family on Siesta Key. All in all a super stay!
The place exceeded my expectations. We arrived to find an incredibly clean unit with plenty of space for two brothers and brothers in law on their annual golf outing. The owners were not only easy with which to work, they were interesting, helpful and very generous. Great location, just a mile walk to the Village or the beach and a very short ride to the north bridge access to the mainland. Ending an evening on the back patio was something we alI found most relaxing. I hate to be too complimentary, as I said to Dan, because I might lose out to someone that books my desired time ahead of me. If it is available, you should go for it, Thank so much Kathy and Dan for making our stay our most pleasant of our three trips. We hope to be back.
Everything was perfect! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room! Beds were great, ceiling fans to keep you cool! Bikes to ride to the beach, cart to roll chairs to the beach! Washers and dryers what else could you need! Kathy was an amazing host!
Clean, well-stocked, spacious. Plenty of beach towels and other gear. Great location with easy access to sites in Sarasota and close to village and beach. Enjoyed our stay. Easy check out.
We loved the condo, great beachy decor! Plenty of room for our housefull. We had everything we needed, kitchen was more than stocked with appliances, washers & dryers were handy for the week, lots of beach chairs & supplies. We rode bikes to the beach daily & we were super close to The Village. Lots of shops, dinner options & even a grocery store. But also close enough to head to Sarasota without being in traffic. We loved being on the north part of Siesta. Dan & Kathy were fantastic hosts! I would highly recommend
